Working with STEM the Gap was an experience I really loved. It provided me with the opportunity to improve my skills and also with a chance to cooperate with a manager who was very professional yet friendly. Would love to work here again!

Ingrid was very understanding and supportive, which allowed for an open and inviting work space. While we didn't get a chance to explore the whole planned scope of the project due to time restraints, I learned a lot along the way and am incredibly thankful for the opportunity.

Working with Ingrid Gayle and STEM the Gap Academy was an exceptional experience. The project provided a fascinating challenge of analyzing user interaction data across two educational platforms with the goal of creating an integration strategy. Ingrid was clear about objectives from the start, providing comprehensive access to analytics data from both the STEM the Gap Academy and ChessGirl websites. Ingrid was responsive throughout the project, providing clarification when needed and offering constructive feedback on preliminary findings. The project scope was well-defined, allowing me to focus on delivering actionable insights rather than navigating ambiguous requirements. I appreciated the autonomy given to develop my analysis methodology while still receiving guidance on key priorities.

It was a very nice experience to work with Helina baby. I learned and gained a lot of experiences while working with a real client in real life; From the discussion to actually working on the project, Ingrid has provided useful advice and clear direction of what she wants to go for; which is very helpful and made the whole collaboration go smoothly and engaging.

My experience working on this project was deeply disappointing due to unprofessional behaviour and racially insensitive remarks from the employer. As a student eager to contribute and learn, I expected constructive guidance and collaboration but instead encountered dismissiveness, and a lack of mentorship. This experience did not foster a supportive learning environment and created unnecessary stress. I would not recommend working with this company unless major changes are made in how students are treated.
