Human Resources Management at U+ Education
As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our processes for staff recruitment and management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for attracting & recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. The goal is to deliver several HR Management objectives in recruitment, employer handbooks, onboarding site, and policies.. We want to use this opportunity to create an updated and improved HR Management Handbook covering the entire HR life cycle from recruitment, compensation, performance assessment, to exit. Through this collaboration, we would like to deliver three key areas: Research HRM best practices Aid in recruitment and selection activities including job analysis, posting positions, updating applicant tracking systems, screening applicants, scheduling and interviews Update HR Management handbook and policies

Revamp recruitment processes and talent retention
As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our processes for employee and volunteer recruitment and management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for attracting & recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. The goal is to create a series of channels to recruit talents and standardize the recruitment processes in a highly efficient manner. We want to use this opportunity to create an updated and improved method of our recruitment channels, processes, performance assessments. Through this collaboration, we would like to deliver three key areas: Identify and set up a variety of channels for talent recruitment including templates for job posts Create a list of suggestions for recruitment methods and channels by job type Optimize HR SOP and optimize candidate shortlisting techniques

Digital Marketing Strategic Planning for NPO
We are looking for assistance in our NPO's Digital Marketing Strategic Planning in order to boost awareness. The NPO is called York Region Educational Services. The Not-for-profit's mission is to provide individuals in the vicinity of the York Region with free educational resources in a safe and supporting environment that inspires, motivates and helps set the foundation for personal growth. We believe this project will include: Assist with defining a company-identified community problem and defining the scope of a corresponding project. Develop digital marketing strategies tailored for specific customer demographics and increase brand awareness Connect with communities and leaders to promote NPO's mission and identify new market segments such as marketing for donors
