Positions available: 1 team of 6 persons We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We have revamped our website and created a social media presence but we lack content and calls to action. We would like to enhance our digital presence through some student support. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

Virtual Internship Opportunity: Business or Non-Profit Administration
Positions Available: 1 REMOTE CONSULTANT INTERN D Byers & Associates, LLC, (DBA) a woman-owned, growing organizational and workforce development and education and non-profit consulting firm, is seeking a team-oriented professional to provide research, project assistance, and data analysis to support our practice. The intern will be involved in methodology and project development, research and analysis, report writing and preparation, and client support activities. The intern will gain real world experience on projects and utilize considerable independent judgment to design, analyze, and support project proposals and deliverables. The ideal candidate has excellent project management, research, writing, and time management skills and is highly organized and self-motivated. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Economics, Liberal Arts, Nonprofit Management, or related field and Master's level candidates preferred.

We have just revamped our website and collateral and are looking to enhance our marketing efforts with an effective social media message on the appropriate channels to drive leads and growth. The primary focus for the student(s) will be: Plan a content calendar to drive traffic to our website and social media platforms. Curate, create, develop, and deliver Social and Professional Media content on Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn or other appropriate channels for our company. Set meaningful social marketing goals and metrics for our business. Research our target audience Analyze our competition and their social media presence. We have shared a few high priority goals and desired benefits below to help guide you as we look to leverage the FlexFactor and Flex2Future workforce programs throughout the country: Types of buyers Key strategies Buying cycle Sales cycle Implementation FlexFactor is an outreach, recruitment, and STEM education program designed to familiarize K-12 students with advanced manufacturing technology, entrepreneurship, and the education and career pathways that can lead to a STEM career. The program was designed to showcase the promise of these careers and help students to develop the critical thinking, creative reasoning, and problem-solving skills needed for future success. We will be working with NextFlex to build awareness of this brand and get it implemented nationwide.
