Working with A New DAEI was an incredibly unique and enriching experience. The organization is deeply committed to inclusion, representation, and community-based innovation. I had the opportunity to strengthen my research skills by exploring how race, neurodiversity, and technology intersect in the arts sector. The clear mission of A New DAEI helped guide meaningful work, and I appreciated the opportunity to contribute to something impactful.

Great experience! Learned a lot about the dance industry and appreciated the way that project guidelines and instructions were communicated and the feedback received at different stages of the project. Liked that I could work at my own pace independently with check-ins only on a weekly basis.

This was my first Riipen project ever and it was truly amazing to get this experience. We had a few meetings and in those meetings I was given great detailed feedback. Thank you for this opportunity it was very helpful in having me set my goals for my future career.
