Are you experiencing an employee efficiency/satisfaction related challenge in your business? Bring on learners from Lindenwood University to tackle your specific challenges through the lens of organizational behaviour, change management and employee engagement.


Learners will work in teams of 3-4 to consult with you, and analyze your specific challenge using a variety of methodologies, and provide a final report which will include their recommendations.

Requirements
  • Analyze and research employee issues such as engagement, remote work, retention, generational differences, etc., within an organization at the individual and group level, then deliver the results with professional writing and presentation skills
  • Explain interpersonal and team dynamics involving motivation, power, influence, conflict, ethics, and communication methods in the workplace.
  • Identify methods of planned strategic change, organizational culture characteristics, and types of organizational structure
