The project focuses on improving the offices prospecting capabilities, creating/optimizing its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and developing marketing materials that effectively communicate the office’s mission and services to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and population of a CRM in Microsoft Lists
- Develop marketing materials including brochures and one-pagers
- Customer prospecting and qualification
- Audit website copy, develop content and create landing pages
- Research, plan and develop content related to BRI’s projects and commercialization initiatives
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.

About the company
The internationally recognized Bloorview Research Institute (BRI) is dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities through client and family-centred rehabilitation research. The BRI is housed in Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, Canada’s largest pediatric rehabilitation and continuing care teaching hospital, which is fully affiliated with the University of Toronto.
The Commercialization Office supports BRI staff and trainees to facilitate the advancement of transformative innovations for sustainable impact.
