Ready to Empower Inc. is seeking a team of learners to evaluate the current state of its empowerment program and develop a strategic plan aimed at enhancing its sustainability. The organization has identified the need to ensure that its initiatives are not only impactful but also maintainable over the long term. The project will involve a comprehensive assessment of the existing program, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis). Learners will apply their classroom knowledge in program evaluation, strategic planning, and sustainability practices to create actionable recommendations. The goal is to provide Ready to Empower Inc. with a clear, strategic roadmap that ensures the longevity and effectiveness of their empowerment efforts.


Below is a brief description of the empowerment program:

Providing mental health support, human rights, life skills and sexual education, and job training to provide women with the necessary support, resources, and opportunities to empower them to thrive, contribute, and shape a better future for themselves and future generations

Deliverables

- A detailed assessment report of the current empowerment program, including a SWOT analysis.


- A strategic plan document outlining recommendations for improving the program's sustainability.


- A presentation summarizing key findings and proposed strategies for Ready to Empower Inc.'s stakeholders.


- An implementation timeline and resource allocation plan to support the strategic recommendations.
