Urbaneco Homes, in collaboration with TEAM Finance & Real Estate Group Inc., aims to enhance its residential construction operations by developing a standardized project management workflow. The current challenges faced by Urbaneco include inconsistent processes, communication gaps, and cost overruns. This project seeks to address these issues by creating a comprehensive system that integrates best practices in project management and sustainable building. Students will design a workflow tailored to Urbaneco’s construction environment, ensuring that it aligns with the company's sustainability vision. The project will involve detailed process documentation, planning and execution templates, and staff training materials. The ultimate goal is to provide Urbaneco with a consistent, efficient, and scalable framework that ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed project management workflow tailored to Urbaneco Homes' construction environment. This will encompass comprehensive process documentation, planning and execution templates, and staff training materials. The deliverables aim to equip Urbaneco with a framework that enhances consistency, efficiency, and scalability in their residential construction projects.
