We were focusing more on the brand & services, instead of a target market(s). And in fact, believed that our audience was older. After reviewing the past year, it's now clear that our target market is females 26-35 years of age. We need to re-position to Millennials & Gen Z.
Our goals are:
- establish an effective communications plan to reach these markets
- implement a strategy as well as ways to measure the plan
- create engaging & relevant content for the audiences
- ensure that all communications speak to our brand & complement existing marketing efforts
- establish best platforms, key words & best times to communicate with our target markets
- identify problems & any opportunities that we haven't thought of
- increase bookings overall, as well as during our slower seasons
About the company
Blue Mountain & Collingwood Adventure Tours is a division of Ace Transportation Group, and we have been providing year-round all-inclusive adult field trips in the area since 2017. Since then, the company has grown and so has our fleet of safe, reliable vehicles for various group sizes. Our #1 goal is to provide you the best and safest experience possible.
