Ready to Empower Inc seeks to develop a comprehensive curriculum for their Ready EmpowerED Program or Ready Empowerment Program, focusing on mental health, resilience, and stress management. The goal is to create a curriculum that caters to educators, corporations, and nonprofits, providing them with the tools to foster mental well-being. The project involves evaluating existing content and integrating evidence-based approaches to ensure effectiveness.
