We would like to equip our team with a plan that guides them in researching new partners, identifying key stakeholders, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market and increase revenue generation as a newly transitioned Charity from NFP.
The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase our participation and revenue generation.
Students will work closely with the Executive Director who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. They will also be working with an assigned board member on a day to day basis to discuss any requirements and to answer any questions.
Students will have all required accessed to Odihi networks for the duration of the project.
